Method
In a kadai take urad dhal and fry till it gets golden color, then keep it aside for some time. Grind roasted urad dhal into fine powder.
To this add rice flour and other ingredients such as sesame seed, cumin seeds, salt and little water and get correct consistency of flour mixture as it can be easily pressed in a murukku press. Now melt butter and add it to the above prepared mixture.
Then press the mixture into the pan containing heated oil. Take away murukku once it gets golden color. Keep it aside for some time and then serve!
